This short course isn’t about quick fixes or guilt trips. It’s about honesty, healing, and hope. Together we’ll look at what God says about who we are, why this struggle runs so deep, and how lasting freedom is found not just in willpower, but in the gospel.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll be guided through teaching, group discussion, and reflection in a safe, confidential space. We’ll get honest with ourselves, with God, and with one another.

Whether you’ve wrestled with pornography personally or you simply want to understand and walk with others in their struggle, this group will help you find clarity, courage, and hope.

Week 1: Let’s Be Honest

• What’s really happening: brain, body, soul.

• Dimensions of health (physical, psychological, social, spiritual).

Week 3: Identity Before Purity

• Why embarrassment & shame keep us stuck.

• Who we are in Christ: creation, fall, redemption, new life.

Week 4: The Power of Confession

• Bringing sin into the light.

• How confession heals guilt and shame.

Week 5: The Role of Prayer

• Dependence on God vs. self-reliance.

• Learning to pray against temptation.

Week 6: Renewal of Mind & Body

• Practical steps: habits, health, and holiness.

• Rewiring desire and retraining patterns.

Week 7: Relationships & Community

• Moving from isolation to connection.

• How gospel culture creates safety for ongoing change.

Week 8: Living Free, Staying Free

• Building a long-term vision for purity and joy.

• Revival and mission: helping others find hope.
